Role Summary
Reporting to the Purchasing and Pricing Manager, the Pricing Contracts Administrator is a key member of the Pricing team. The Pricing Contracts Administrator is responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy in our ERP system. The Pricing Contracts Administrator will work with the sales team to obtain/verify current pricing levels, ensure system accuracy, and evaluate key performance indicators.
Exciting Work You Will Do
- Load vendor pricing agreements in ERP
- Manage/oversee pricing contracts
- Work with internal customers and vendors to ensure proper pricing is loaded
- Provide sales reporting and analysis to sales team regarding customer pricing structure
- Professional communication with internal and external customers
- Provide training to sales team on pricing structure
- Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What You’ll Need
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in distribution industry; 2 years' experience processing orders or advanced utilization of ERP systems
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Ability to use standard office equipment; proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; strong analytical skills; ability to understand pricing structure and formulas (gross margin, cost multipliers, etc.)
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional Skills: Self-motivated; ability to understand reporting and make quality decisions independently
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
