Pricing Associate

About the role

Coordinate the effective implementation of price changes for existing accounts and generate new price quotes to support growth. Work closely with pricing analysts, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to develop strong business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create pricing models and maintain pricelists for assigned markets, customers, and products
• Set up, run, and review price adjustment formulas independently; execute general price increases and product pricing updates; provide recommendations to analysts
• Review terms, rebates, contracts, and market evaluation criteria for pricing alignment and customer specific needs
• Update all electronic systems such as SAP, CPQ, CRM & SharePoint
• Execute price order entries activities for internal audit purposes
• Conduct analysis of various reports monthly and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for pricing
• Investigate price discrepancies; determine potential causes and resolutions
• Provide service excellence to internal and external customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and business internship preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Curious and excited to understand our products and make improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
