What You’ll Do
- Sort donations into saleable, salvage, and trash categories.
- Price merchandise accurately using baseline price guides.
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Help keep the “Goodwill River” flowing by meeting daily production goals.
- Ensure excellent donor and customer service at all times.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
What You Need
- Preferably candidate with knowledge of clothing, antiques and collectibles
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, bend and reach.
- Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly.
- Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
- Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion.
- Manual dexterity is required.
