Prevention Specialist (2087)

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Prevention Program Manager, the Prevention Specialist implements prevention programs for youth, parents, and families. Programs are implemented in the community, office, faith-based, corrections, and school settings. Work includes community tabling events, providing presentations to the public, and collaborating with community partners on strategies to meet community needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least one year of related work experience with youth and/or families
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

Pay

Annual salary range: $41,814 - $72,347
