Responsibilities
- Lead the prevention team to support a culture of safety and compliance
- Coincide with response functions to align prevention efforts across the program
- Establish a quality planning cycle that integrates multiple data sources for system improvement
- Conduct assessments of protocols and practices within approximately 150 care provider programs
- Synthesize findings to identify systemic vulnerabilities and trends in child safety
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for prevention strategies
- Guide the development of tools and frameworks to support prevention-focused workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in child welfare populations, especially in congregate care settings
- Master's degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience working with immigrating children and families
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Experience in a consulting environment is preferred
