Prevention Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the prevention team to support a culture of safety and compliance
• Coincide with response functions to align prevention efforts across the program
• Establish a quality planning cycle that integrates multiple data sources for system improvement
• Conduct assessments of protocols and practices within approximately 150 care provider programs
• Synthesize findings to identify systemic vulnerabilities and trends in child safety
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for prevention strategies
• Guide the development of tools and frameworks to support prevention-focused workflows

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in child welfare populations, especially in congregate care settings
• Master's degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience working with immigrating children and families
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Experience in a consulting environment is preferred
