Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician

About the role

The role involves performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Install new HVAC components and systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC units
• Communicate with building management to address maintenance needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills
