About the role
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of building mechanical systems and equipment on a scheduled and occasional basis. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc.
- Inspect all systems and equipment on a regular basis.
- Make determinations on necessary preventive maintenance activities.
- Cookordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades.
- Makes recommendations for purchase of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain necessary records and reports.
- May be responsible for maintenance of back flow systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Backflow Prevention Certification - ASSE
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
