Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) across multiple states while ensuring full compliance with prevailing wage regulations
- Verify the accuracy of Statements of Compliance, wage classifications, deductions, and fringe benefit documentation
- Ensure employees are paid correctly based on wage determinations, job classifications, fringe requirements, and locality‑specific wage tables
- Audit payroll calculations, research discrepancies, and resolve missing or incorrect payroll items in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Utilize certified payroll platforms such as LCPtracker, AASHTOWare, eMars, Skillsmart, DocExpress, Elations, and similar systems while supporting additional compliance activities
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Certified Payroll reporting, including Davis‑Bacon and state prevailing wage requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to interpret wage determinations and communicate effectively with managers, subcontractors, and compliance agencies
