A Setup Day

A Setup Day is a focused block of work designed to clear a backlog of small, interrelated tasks that would otherwise take multiple projects to complete. These tasks are practical, bounded, and built on capabilities that already exist within the store.

• Tasks such as installing or configuring modules you own, tuning theme settings, cleaning store settings, verifying feeds and tags, and making small storefront tweaks.
• Not suitable for custom builds, full redesigns, content migrations, ERP integrations, checkout rebuilds, or performance remediations.

How the Day is Sized

The day is a time-box, not an unlimited backlog. Tasks are sized based on their complexity and whether they require additional details or are out of scope.
