Pressure Washer/Maintenance Laborer

About the role

The Pressure Washer/Maintenance Laborer position supports the operations of Phoenix Global. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, operating a high-pressure washing system, and cross-training in lubrication.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Operates a high-pressure washing system to maintain cleanliness of all equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain neat and legible documentation of assignment records.
• Perform entry level maintenance labor tasks.
• Comply with all Phoenix Safety Policies & Procedures, including wearing specific Personal Protective Equipment.
• Attend mandatory monthly Safety Meetings.
• Exercise and implement proper lifting and carrying techniques when moving packaging materials.
• Plan work schedules and resource deployment.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance.
• Document all completed work.
• Track parts and lubricant consumption.
• Observe relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
• Experience and knowledge with technical equipment and machinery.
• Focus and concern with employee safety and equipment care.
• Responsible leadership, strong communication skills.
• Capable of working well with other departments.
• Ready to work flexible working hours and shift work.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, interested in teamwork.
• Willingness to adapt to Phoenix’s customer-focused culture.
