Pressure Wash Technician – Kitchen Hood Exhaust System Cleaning

About the role

Located in Cranberry Township, PA 16066. At HOODZ, we clean exhaust systems in commercial kitchens. It's physical, hands-on, steady work. No two nights look exactly the same, but the paycheck and the hours are consistent. You need to be someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing a job well. We provide training, industry certification (IKECA/NFPA 96), and a clear path to earning more as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning commercial exhaust hoods, ducts, and fans at restaurant and kitchen locations
• Working on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces (need to be comfortable climbing ladders)
• Setting up equipment, running pressure washers, using hand tools
• Completing detailed job reports after each service
• Traveling to client sites in our van

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites – this is a must
• Some experience (or comfortable) using a pressure washer is helpful
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, climbing, bending, standing for extended periods
• Labor, trade, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Pay

• $21–$24/hr depending on experience
• Pay increase once certified

Benefits

• Company-paid certification + raise once certified
• $500 bonus at 60 days
• Bonus program and benefits beyond the 60-day incentive

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday schedule (usually 11pm-7am)
