Press Operator
About the role
Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator to join the Corporate Graphics Commercial team in New Ulm, MN. The position offers immediate benefits through "DailyPay" and comes with a competitive hourly range of $20 – $22.
Responsibilities
- Operate press and finishing equipment producing paper products according to job specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Perform quality control review of each order
- Prepare orders for delivery or shipping
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Shift
6:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday with flexibility
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlines
- Basic math skills sufficient to adjust equipment settings according to written instructions
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly operate machinery and handle products including print materials
- Frequently move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Qualifications

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 – $22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
