Job Summary

Express is hiring **Press Operators** for a manufacturing company in Export, PA. This is a great opportunity to work a **4-day workweek** with **3 days off every week** in a structured production environment.

Shift Details

• Training: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) for a few weeks
• Permanent Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) OR 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Thursday)

Schedule

10-hour shifts, **off Friday-Sunday**

Job Duties

• Move wheel blanks (preforms) to and from the press oven area using a tow motor or dolly
• Load and unload ovens with preforms
• Load heated preforms into molding presses and activate press cycles
• Unload molded wheels using wooden racks once cycles are complete
• Blow out molds using air guns to remove debris
• Visually inspect wheels for molding defects
• File wheels with hand tools as needed
• Place finished wheels into drums and transport to the cutting area
• Maintain a clean and safe molding area
• Meet required production cycle goals per shift
• Operate **3-4 presses simultaneously** as part of a press set

Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to **30 lbs**
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Tow motor experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
