Press Operator (3rd Shift) - Plant 1

About the role

Belmark is seeking an individual to join our team at our Web-to-Print® Pressure Sensitive plant in De Pere, WI. We create labels, cartons, pressure sensitive and flexible film that you see daily when shopping. This role involves operating the HP Indigo Press Technology in production.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Comply with and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and waste according to set standards.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment and safety procedures.
• Web the press, clean the press, perform routine press maintenance, and complete necessary paperwork.
• Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software.
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
• Meet the 48-hour turn-around objective.
• May cross-train in other areas of Web-to-Print ® and operate In Line Die Cutting Equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
• Ability to give, receive, and analyze information.
• Ability to effectively navigate and operate a computer.
• Nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly rate: $23.00 - $25 per hour
• Shift differential for 3rd shift: $2.00 more per hour
• Schedule: 3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday
• Overtime after 36 hours!
