About the role

DanHil Containers is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Feeders. This critical role involves supplying raw corrugated sheets to machines and assisting machine operators to ensure smooth production and high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load raw corrugated sheets into machines according to production specifications.
• Work closely with machine operators to maintain a steady flow of materials, preventing delays and optimizing efficiency.
• Observe machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for maintaining production schedules.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills: ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations.
• Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
