About the role
As a Press Brake Operator, you'll operate sophisticated metal fabrication equipment to help build products used around the world. Whether you're an experienced operator or looking to grow your manufacturing career, this is an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills while working alongside a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Operate & Troubleshoot Equipment
- Set up and run press brakes and other fabrication equipment.
- Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor production and make adjustments to keep parts within specification.
- Maintain Equipment & Workspace
- Perform basic machine maintenance and safety checks.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient.
- Deliver Quality & Work Safely
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep Production Moving
- Safely move materials and support efficient workflow throughout the production area.
- Support the Team
- Share knowledge, assist with training, and collaborate with teammates.
- Take on new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.
Requirements
- Press brake operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Sheet Metal Fabrication Experience
- Familiarity with metric blueprint dimensioning
