Press Brake Operator 1st Shift

About the role

Operate Press Brake according to specifications and safety standards. Perform multiple job setups and teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency. Conduct quality checks that include inspecting for defects, measuring product, and verifying dimensions using calibrated instruments. Maintain machinery and keep the work area clean and orderly following 6S. Communicate with the Production team on job progress, questions, or concerns. Perform other related duties as assigned. Excellent attendance is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Press Brake Machine Operation experience
• Ability to set up the machine
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
• Most work performed standing at floor level
• Ability to do repetitive movements with hands
