About the role

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a Press Brake and Shear Finishing Operator to join their team in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalworking and be able to operate press brakes and shears efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes and shears to produce precision metal parts
• Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, including handling heavy objects and using power tools
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in metal fabrication or related field
• Knowledge of press brake and shear operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
