About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is a part of the Four Seasons family, located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. This hotel is a tranquil Five Diamond oasis with a Forbes Five-Star Spa, offering a serene environment in a resort-like setting, complemented by the vibrant energy of Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service to hotel guests and servers, adhering to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards of service.
• Show a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensure proper execution of service details.
• Assist in additional side duties and assist in the absence of a bar porter or bar server if necessary.
• Perform tasks using the Micros system.
• Have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Be able to stand continuously for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work flexible schedules, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong beverage knowledge, including beer, wine, and liquor, is required. Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. They should also have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of bartending experience. Knowledge of the Micros system is preferred but not required.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of beverage products, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work various shifts.
