Responsibilities

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials.
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements.
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Wednesday, every other Sunday. No swing or rotating shifts.

Pay

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + 8% shift premium ($21.60/hour). $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience not required; we will train you!
• Work effectively in an active team environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Differentiate colors.
• Add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
