About the role

Viability, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access, inclusion, and opportunity for individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages, serving more than 4,000 individuals annually across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and Oklahoma through programs focused on employment, job training, skill development, community living, and personal growth. With over 425 employees, the organization connects individuals' strengths, interests, and goals with meaningful opportunities that promote independence and long-term success. The President & CEO will report to the Board of Directors and lead the organization through its next phase of growth, innovation, and impact.
