Presentation Designer - PowerPoint & Google Slides

This is a remote, full-time (40 hours per week) contract role beginning August 24th through the end of 2026, with potential for extension.

About the role

This role will focus on the high-volume, accurate rebrand of presentation assets into a new visual identity system and migrating all slides from PowerPoint to Google Slides. You will work directly within approved brand standards to update slide decks and presentation files at pace, ensuring consistency, quality, and fidelity to the client's brand system across all assigned materials. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.

Responsibilities

• Execute updates applying the client's updated visual identity, templates, and brand standards.
• Transition all existing PowerPoint files to Google Slides, which the client will use moving forward.
• Reformat, restyle, and rebuild slide layouts in alignment with approved design guidelines and master templates.
• Handle a high volume of presentation assets efficiently, maintaining quality and accuracy across all files.
• Conduct self-review of completed work against brand standards before routing for approval.
• Flag inconsistencies or ambiguous brand applications to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Maintain organized file management and version control across all presentation assets.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to track asset completion status and communicate workload capacity.
• Participate in brand onboarding and team working sessions as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presentation design.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides; demonstrated ability to build and work within slide masters and templates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at high production volume.
• Experience working within defined brand standards and style guides.
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Experience in a corporate rebrand, brand refresh, or large-scale asset production project preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for asset prep.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or Fortune 500 industry experience a plus.
