Creative Operations and Delivery Ownership

  • Manage multiple high-priority deliverables across competing executive timelines
  • Establish clear timelines, ownership, and accountability across projects
  • Maintain file management, version control, and reusable asset libraries

Review, Feedback and Quality Control

  • Lead structured review and feedback cycles across executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and deadlines
  • Cook up approvals to ensure alignment prior to final delivery
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and presentation-ready

Brand Standards and Design Systems

  • Own ISB presentation standards, templates, and visual frameworks
  • Ensure consistent application of DXC brand standards across all deliverables
  • Build scalable templates, components, and reusable assets to improve efficiency
  • Enforce quality standards across executive and customer-facing materials

Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment

  • Act as the central creative partner across Customer Community, Strategic Marketing, and Outbound Product Management
  • Balance executive expectations, business priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and clear recommendations

Qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design, ideally supporting executive-level or customer-facing work
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrated experience designing for executive audiences and complex business or technology topics
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Experience supporting live events, executive forums, or customer engagements is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders

Skills and attributes

  • Strong visual storytelling and layout expertise
  • Ability to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design
  • Hightly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Comfortable operating in executive-facing, high-visibility environments
  • Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented under pressure
