About the role

• Supporting the development and implementation of new pharmaceutical products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, clinical research, and manufacturing
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research and analysis to inform product development decisions
• Managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting technical reports and presentations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience with pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
• Understanding of clinical trial design and execution
