Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build and maintain an exclusive outpatient network.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with provider network goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider networks.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in healthcare provider relations and network development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
