What You'll Do

• Develop and implement lesson plans to help students learn essential skills such as color, shape, number, and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Design and lead activities that promote physical, mental, and social development, including games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Identify students who may require additional support or services and collaborate with supervisors, parents, and child development specialists to address these needs.
• Prepare classrooms and materials for daily activities.
• Provide basic care for students, including feeding, playing, and changing diapers when necessary.
• Arrange the physical space to facilitate creative play, motor skills activities, and safety.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
