Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online learning platforms and resources

• Conduct regular assessments to ensure platform functionality and user satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, or a related field
• Experience in online learning environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web development and programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Excellent customer service skills
