Preschool Teacher / Lead Teacher

About the role

O2B Kids is hiring for three locations in Fargo. Positions available include Lead Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Toddler Lead Teacher, PreK Lead Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!

Requirements

• Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships.
• Some positions require specific credentials such as CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required).
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required).
• We are willing to train!
