Preschool Teacher / Lead Teacher

About the role

Cedars Preschool is a part of O2B Early Education, founded in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and now operating widely in Florida, Georgia, and Minnesota. With numerous locations, including several new ones in Georgia and potentially more states, we offer various positions across different centers.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom

Requirements

• Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships
• Specific credentials may be required for some positions (e.g., CDA, TCC, Associates Degree)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willingness to train

Pay

The wage is based on experience, credentials, and position.
