PRESCHOOL TEACHER IM 3 PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

Position Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Implement preschool curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Conduct ongoing observations and assessments of student development.
• Maintain classroom records and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with administration and teaching teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess one of the following:
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
• A Degree in Education.
• A Degree in a related field such as Child and Family Studies, Early Childhood Development, or a similar discipline.
• Brigance Screening Certification (preferred).

Preferred candidates who are not currently Brigance Screening certified are encouraged to apply.

Sts. Peter and Paul Early Childhood Center will provide assistance and support in obtaining certification.
