About the role

Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and provide peace of mind to families.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by participating in daily program meetings to review goals, updates, and share ideas.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with program objectives, including structured fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals.
• Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements

• 19+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED
• Education and experience in child care and/or child development, from birth to age six
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Cleared tuberculosis test

• Passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children
• Works well in a team environment
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

Schedule

Program Hours: Monday through Friday, Before School, 7:00 am - 9:00 am and/or After School, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Exact schedule and hours are based on business needs.

Pay

Educator Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr (based on education and experience)
