Key Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided)
- Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management
- Communicate with children, families, and team members
- Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Bring energy, positivity, and joy to the classroom

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in childcare or early education
- EEC Certification or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Compensation
$20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and training)
Schedule
8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm (1-hour break)
