Responsibilities

Requirements

• Early Childhood Teacher Qualified - CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• Experience working with this age group preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Illinois Child Care Worker License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and empathy towards children.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
