Preschool Teacher Assistant (Blended Classroom)
About the role
The Preschool Teaching Assistant supports success in the school environment for a classroom of students, small groups, or an individual student. Working under the direction of a licensed teacher, the assistant helps students with social‑emotional regulation, communication and linguistic needs, motor and sensory development, health‑related services, and academic and functional support. This support increases student engagement and availability for learning. The role serves both general education and special education students in a blended classroom.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with social‑emotional regulation.

- Facilitate motor and sensory development activities.
- Provide health‑related services as needed.
- Deliver academic and functional support to enhance learning.
- Work under the direction of a licensed teacher.

Pay
Annualized Salary: $29,936 – $32,153
