We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - "What You’ll Do" list of duties (bulleted? Actually each line is a sentence). That's responsibilities. - "What We’re Looking For Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities" then bullet list of abilities, then Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. - "Scheduling Requirements (Please Review Carefully)" with flexibility etc. - Then "We’re hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant!" intro. - "Why Cadence Education?" description. - "About the Role" paragraph. - "Why This Role is a Total Blast" with subpoints: Start TODAY, Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Assistants) list, Grow Your Way, Live Joyfully, Join a Leader. We need to extract substantive content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. There is mention of "Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet" under Awesome Benefits. Also "Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance." Also "401(k) with employer match". Also "Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and even pet insurance!" Also "Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development". So there is benefits and pay info. So we can include Benefits section (maybe also Pay). The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they said use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Benefits heading and include pay details there. Or separate Pay and Benefits if both have content. There's pay info: "Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet". That's pay. Benefits: list of insurance, 401k, PTO, childcare discount, etc. So we could have both Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: there is Scheduling Requirements section with flexibility etc. So we include Schedule heading. Now we need to decide other sections: About the role (we have About the Role paragraph). Responsibilities (What You’ll Do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. Could combine into Qualifications or Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate ones. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point as
  • under appropriate
      . For prose, use

. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Preschool Teacher Assistant". Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. None. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

      About the Role

Under the direction of the School Director and classroom leadership (Lead Teacher or Teacher), the Teacher Assistant supports daily classroom activities and the implementation of Cadence Education programs. This role helps maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs, while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

      Experience:

      • Prior early childhood or classroom experience is preferred.

      Credentials & Licensing:

      • Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.
      • CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.
Alternatively could combine into Qualifications. But we have Requirements heading. Now Schedule:

      Schedule

      • Flexibility is essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs.
      • Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight‑hour shifts.
      • Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
      Now Pay:

      Pay

      • Competitive pay + on‑demand pay with UKG Wallet — access your earnings anytime!
      Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • 50% childcare tuition discount.
      • 401(k) with employer match.
      • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and pet insurance.
      • Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company‑paid life insurance.
      • Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development.
We might also include "Why Cadence Education?" and "Why This Role is a Total Blast" but those could be considered fluff; but they contain substantive info about culture etc. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could we incorporate that into About the Role or a separate section like "About Cadence Education"? Not listed as allowed headings but we could use About the role already. The "Why Cadence Education?" and "Why This Role is a Total Blast" are promotional; could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that info. Where to place? Could be part of About the Role or a separate section like "About Cadence Education". Not in allowed headings list but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. Probably we should stick to those headings; but we could incorporate the promotional text into About the Role or Benefits etc. However the "Why Cadence Education?" includes description of mission, culture, etc. That is substantive. Could be placed under About the Role as additional paragraph. Similarly "Why This Role is a Total Blast" includes bullet points like Start TODAY, Awesome Benefits (already captured), Grow Your Way (professional development), Live Joyfully (work-life balance), Join a Leader (company size). Some of those are already captured in Benefits (Grow Your Way) and maybe we could add a section "About the Company" but not in list. Safer to add a section "About Cadence Education" using

though not in examples but still a heading. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use other headings as long as they are

. Probably fine. But to be safe, we could incorporate that info into existing sections: About the Role can include mission description. Benefits already covers many. "Grow Your Way" is professional development, which we already have in Benefits (Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, professional development). "Live Joyfully" is work-life balance, could be added to Benefits as a bullet. "Join a Leader" is company size, could be added to About the Role. Thus we can avoid extra sections. Let's incorporate: About the Role paragraph: add after existing: "Cadence Education is dedicated to creating bright futures for children, families, and educators. We offer a research‑based curriculum in warm, home‑like environments and foster a collaborative, supportive culture where team members can grow and thrive. With 340+ schools across 30 states and 30+ years of expertise, Cadence Education is a leader in early childhood education." That captures Why Cadence Education and Join a Leader. Now Benefits: we already have list; we can add "Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company‑paid life insurance." Already there. Also "Live Joyfully" (supportive team, work-life balance) maybe add bullet: "Supportive team culture promoting work‑life balance." Also "Grow Your Way" we already have Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, professional development. Also "Start TODAY Jump in and start making a difference now!" could be a bullet under Benefits? Not exactly benefit but maybe under About the Role as encouragement. Could add a sentence: "You can start making a difference immediately." We'll incorporate that into About the Role. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: From "What You’ll Do": we captured all. From "What We’re Looking For": captured Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. From "Scheduling Requirements": captured. From "Why Cadence Education?": captured mission and culture. From "About the Role": captured. From "Why This Role is a Total Blast": captured Start TODAY, Benefits (already), Grow Your Way (already), Live Joyfully (added), Join a Leader (added). Thus all substantive info preserved. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We’re hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant!" That's a sentence we could incorporate into About the Role or maybe as a brief intro. But we already have About the Role; we could add a sentence: "We’re hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant!" but that's basically repeating job title which we should avoid as heading but can be in prose. It's okay to include as a sentence. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid mentioning it in prose. So we can include it. We'll add a short paragraph at start maybe as an intro before About the Role? But we have About the Role heading; we could put that sentence in About the Role paragraph. Let
