Preschool Teacher Assistant

Cadence Academy Preschool, a member of the Cadence Education family, is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to support our team in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

About the Role

As our classroom sidekick, you’ll help create a cozy, nurturing space where kids feel safe to play, learn, and grow. You’ll collaborate with teachers to bring an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum to life and capture special milestones to share with parents.

Responsibilities

• Team up with teachers to deliver curriculum that sparks joy and learning.
• Encourage kids’ curiosity during play while prioritizing safety.
• Model kindness and social behaviors to help little ones thrive.
• Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule of quiet moments, active fun, indoor/outdoor adventures, and fine/gross motor activities.
• Share creative ideas to make playtime a learning adventure.

Requirements

• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
