About the role
We are hiring an assistant preschool teacher to join our collaborative teaching team.
Responsibilities
- Teach in alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy and reflective practice
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Support children's curiosity and ideas through inquiry-based learning
- Explore social justice topics in a developmentally appropriate manner
- Participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities
Requirements
- AAS in Early Childhood Education or related field
- One year of experience in a preschool or early learning setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership mindset (shared leadership model)
- Reliability, accountability, and initiative
- Interest in social justice, anti-bias education, and continuous learning
- Open to entry-level or on-the-job training

- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
