Preschool Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for children aged 1 to 7
• Ensure safety for all children during activities
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny)
• Enjoy working with children
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

No soccer experience needed!

New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week.

Skills

Open-mindedness, ability to give and receive feedback, and commitment to continuous learning through regular trainings.

Benefits

• Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate
• Starting pay is $25 per hour
• Potential for promotion to supervising coach with increased pay to $45 per hour

Pay

Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to supervising coach, pay increases to $45 per hour.

Schedule
