We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse.
Content:
- Intro: "Make an Impact as a Preschool Resource Teacher This position provides a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and healthy in order to enhance the growth and development of each child and is responsible for maintaining all program standards to include CCG, NAEYC, Head Start and the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. This position serves as a substitute in teacher role for the centers assigned. The Preschool Resource Teacher works under general supervision of the Center Manager/and or Education Specialist with some demand for independent judgment and action ."
That's about the role.

That's benefits and values.
- "Position Details Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions" then list of responsibilities.
- Then "Education and Experience" list.
- Then "Travel and Compliance" list.
- Then "Physical Demands" list.
- Then "ChildCareGroup’s Generous Health and Wellness Benefits" list.
- Then EEO etc (remove).
We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe includes education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe similar), Skills (maybe from education/experience?), Benefits (list), Pay (if any), Schedule (if any). Pay not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Possibly combine some.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details about mission, values, responsibilities, education/experience, travel/compliance, physical demands, benefits.
We could map:
- About the role: intro paragraph (first paragraph) plus maybe why work for CCG? That could be part of About the role or separate? But we have limited sections. Could put mission/values in About the role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: education and experience (high school diploma, CDA or Associate's, Bachelors preferred, one year experience, desire to work with ages 3-5, etc.)
- Qualifications: maybe travel/compliance and physical demands? Or we could treat those as Requirements as well. But we need to avoid duplication.
- Skills: teamwork, communication, organizational skills, etc.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
We must not invent sections. Ensure each heading has content.
Let's extract specifics.
About the role content:
"This position provides a learning environment that is safe, comfortable, and healthy in order to enhance the growth and development of each child and is responsible for maintaining all program standards to include CCG, NAEYC, Head Start and the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. This position serves as a substitute in teacher role for the centers assigned. The Preschool Resource Teacher works under general supervision of the Center Manager/and or Education Specialist with some demand for independent judgment and action."
Also mission/values: "Founded in 1901, ChildCareGroup’s (CCG) mission is to drive generational change by advancing early learning, family stability, and workforce opportunity. ChildCareGroup believes that children do better as their parents do better. When families thrive, communities succeed. ChildCareGroup offers a generous benefits package including Paid Parental Leave, (12) Company Holidays, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and more! You are a great fit for the role because you identify with the CCG SPIRIT, our core values: SERVICE – Lead with a servant’s heart PROFESSIONALISM – Perform our best every day INTEGRITY – Do what is right RESPECT – Treat each other the way we wish to be treated INCLUSION – Value individual differences TEAMWORK – Communicate and collaborate to achieve our goals"
We could include mission and values in About the role.

We could also include "Paid Parental Leave, (12) Company Holidays, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and more!" from earlier.
Now decide sections:
- About the role: include intro paragraph + mission/values.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: education/experience + maybe travel/compliance? But travel/compliance could be separate "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Let's treat Requirements as education/experience + travel/compliance + physical demands? But physical demands maybe "Qualifications". However we need to avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine travel/compliance and physical demands into "Requirements" as they are also requirements.
But we also have Skills: teamwork, communication, organizational skills, etc. Those are also in requirements. Could put them under Skills.
Better: Sections:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (education/experience)
- Qualifications (travel/compliance, physical demands)
- Skills (teamwork, communication, organizational)
- Benefits
Check each has substantive content.
About the role: we have paragraph(s). Good.
Responsibilities: list.
Requirements: education/experience list.
Qualifications: travel/compliance + physical demands.
Skills: teamwork, communication, organizational skills, ability to work with all levels, integrity, etc. But some of those overlap with requirements. However we can still list them.
But we must not repeat info. If we split, we might duplicate. Better to keep each piece only once. Let's decide to put education/experience under Requirements, travel/compliance and physical demands under Qualifications, and skills like teamwork, communication, organizational under Skills. However integrity and desire to work with children maybe also skills? Could be under Skills.
But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's list all items and assign.
List all items from posting:
Intro paragraph (role description)
Mission/values paragraph
Responsibilities (list)
Education/Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Preschool CDA or Associate's degree in child development or related field
- Bachelors degree preferred
- One year experience working with young children preferred
- Desire to work with children ages 3-5 and general knowledge of child development
- Ability to work as a team member
- Good organizational skills and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, parents and center volunteers
- Regular and prompt attendance required
- Unquestioned integrity and commitment to uphold CCG’s mission, vision and core values
Travel and Compliance:
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Driving record comply with CCG's automobile insurance carrier requirements
- Liability insurance coverage and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel locally or out of town as required
- Mileage reimbursement offered when applicable
- Must submit to and pass all required CCG and Partner Program background checks (FBI, Fingerprinting, Neglect and Abuse, Federal, State, Local, Sex Offender). May be expanded.
Physical Demands:
- TB test and physical exam every two years
- Work requires normal physical effort with minimal lifting requirements of items weighing 50 pounds or less
- Visual attention

- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
- Telemedicine at no cost
- 401(k) with a company match

- (12) Paid Company Holidays
- And more!
Now we need to map to sections.
About the role: could include intro paragraph + mission/values.
Responsibilities: list.
Requirements: education/experience (maybe also include regular attendance, integrity? Those are also requirements but could be under Skills? But they are more like requirements. Let's keep them under Requirements.
Qualifications: travel/compliance + physical demands.
Skills: teamwork, communication, organizational,
