Responsibilities
- Provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent support for children’s development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement educational activities.
Requirements
- Experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday to at least waist high.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or AA is preferred but not required.
