Preschool Multi-Sport & Fitness Coach

About the role

Ashamed Athletes is a rapidly growing sports-based enrichment program in Louisville, Kentucky. Founded in California, we offer coaches flexible schedules, a path for growth and development, and the opportunity to work with and inspire young children.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to different schools and daycare centers within a 15-20 mile radius for weekly classes, typically between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:30 - 4:30 pm.
• Teaching basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children aged 18 months to 5 years old.
• Connecting and challenging each child to achieve motor development goals and foster a love of movement and healthy habits.
• Overseeing program growth at assigned schools, including building enrollment.
• Communicating with school directors, parents, and the Amazing Athletes director regarding tuition collections and other matters.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel to different class locations.
• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6-month commitment to grow within the company.
• Experience and passion working with early childhood ages.
• Patient, energetic, reliable, organized, creative, and flexible personality.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Available to start immediately.

Pay

The pay scale ranges from $15-$30+/hour based on enrollment in your classes. The position has the potential to change and evolve as you become more experienced and demonstrate your ability to be a key player in helping grow this business.

Schedule

Roughly 8-10 hours a week, Monday through Friday, typically between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:30 - 4:30 pm. Potential for additional weekend and evening classes.
