Preschool Instructional Coach

About the Role

This is a full-time, 10-month position within the Early Childhood Department, supporting preschool instruction and coaching.

Pay

Salary range: $71,525 - $117,475 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or eligibility for appropriate certification
• Valid certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) for the position

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements written instructional plans that meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all students
• Creates and maintains a classroom environment that supports learning and is developmentally appropriate
• Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establishes clear objectives aligned with those goals
• Demonstrates a commitment to the district's philosophy of education and its instructional goals and objectives through instructional practices and professional conduct
• Establishes and maintains positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families
• Performs other duties and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the building principal

Reports to: Assistant Director of Early Childhood Performance.
