About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech Language Pathologist will work with students of varying ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals, and regularly review progress to adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and progress reports in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, OTs, and PTs to ensure comprehensive care and address each student's unique needs.
• Stay updated with current research, trends, and technologies in speech-language pathology and actively participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (Required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to student care.
• Experience working with students across a range of ages and conditions.
• MA, NH, or ME SLP license (Preferred).
• ASHA certification (Preferred).
• English language proficiency (Required).

Work Environment

This position is in a school setting, with opportunities from preschool up to high school. Other locations are available throughout NH, MA, and ME.
