Preschool Educator (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Ski Haus, NOTB Snowboards, and Patio Place at Ski Haus have been part of the New England community since 1965. We are a small, family-owned retail company specializing in ski, snowboard, and outdoor furniture sales, with an office in Salem, NH and satellite stores in Framingham and Woburn, MA, plus SkiHaus.com. Our stores serve customers passionate about winter sports and outdoor living, offering equipment, gear, and furnishings tailored to their experience level, lifestyle, and budget. The environment is energetic, customer-focused, and highly seasonal, with peak activity during winter months.

About the Role

This isn’t a sit-in-a-corner-and-post-on-social role. You’ll manage and grow all aspects of our marketing—from our website and email campaigns to social media, in-store branding, and events. You’ll connect what’s happening in our stores with how we show up online and in the community. If you ski or snowboard and thrive on variety, ownership, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our website (orders, product updates, promotions, merchandising)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
• Own and grow our social media presence (Ski Haus & NOTB)
• Plan and run events like ski and snowboard demos, customer appreciation days, and fundraisers for local non-profits
• Work with store teams to ensure strong in-store branding and messaging
• Track performance and continuously improve what’s working

Requirements

• 3–7 years of marketing experience (retail experience is a big plus)
• Experience managing websites (BigCommerce experience is ideal)
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• A mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
