Based out of Fremont, NH, we serve New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts from commercial jobs to residential.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and detonate blasts in accordance with business and customer’s needs.
- Work closely with contractors and towns to ensure all Blasting Ordnance/Permit requirements are met.
- Guide and support blasting crew to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Complete blasting reports, seismograph reports, inventory records, driver logs, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- New Hampshire Blasting License (Required)
- Massachusetts Blasting License (Preferred)
- 2 years of blasting experience
- 2 years of experience in drilling
- CDL (Preferred)
- Maintain a clean driver’s license
- Ability to travel and work away from home for periods of time; some jobs may require overnight stays at a hotel
- Pass an ATF criminal background check
- Pass random drug and alcohol tests
- Successfully obtain/maintain certificates for all mandated safety certifications (Hazmat, OSHA, MSHA, etc.)
- Experience with excavator heavy machinery is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Punctual
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift 50-100 lbs
- Walk on uneven and loose surfaces

Pay
$1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per week
Schedule
Typical schedule is Monday – Friday with the rare possibility of Saturdays depending on project requirements.
