About This Outstanding Career Opportunity Provide leadership and oversight for a dual-focus ICU supporting medical-surgical and cardiac patient populationsDirect daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and acuity management in a critical care settingLead, mentor, and develop a team of ICU nurses in a high-acuity, fast-paced environmentPromote a culture centered on patient safety, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practiceEnsure staff competency in critical care skills, advanced monitoring, and emergency response protocolsDrive performance across key metrics, including quality outcomes, infection prevention, and patient satisfactionLead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives aligned with organizational prioritiesCollaborate closely with intensivists, cardiology, hospitalists, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary teamsParticipate in leadership rounding, safety reviews, and environment of care initiativesSupport staffing optimization and resource management based on census and patient acuityEnsure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and clinical standardsContribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence EXPERIENCE | EDUCATION | LICENSURE | CERTIFICATIONS Active Registered Nurse (RN)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ASN considered with strong ICU experienceMaster’s degree (MSN) preferredMinimum of 3–5 years of critical care nursing experience requiredPrior leadership or charge/clinical supervisory experience strongly preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) requiredCritical care certification (CCRN) or equivalent strongly preferredStrong understanding of ICU patient populations, including cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical conditionsProven ability to lead effectively in high-pressure, high-acuity clinical environmentsExcellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills Ready to explore this critical care leadership opportunity?| Forward your resume for immediate and confidential review TODAY!
