About the role
The Preschool Educator is responsible for creating an engaging and educational environment for children aged 3-5 years old. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social skills, and providing a safe learning space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Monitor and assess children’s progress in various developmental areas
- Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance classroom activities
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports all children’s needs
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months
- At least two years of experience working with young children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience with child development theories and practices
- Knowledge of early childhood education standards and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development

Pay
Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
