Responsibilities

• Work closely with the hiring committee to understand the needs of the school and the community
• Conduct thorough research on potential candidates and schools
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for decision-makers
• Facilitate interviews and assessments of candidates
• Ensure all legal and ethical standards are met in the recruitment process
• Collaborate with NextEd staff to develop and implement effective search strategies

Requirements

• A strong background in educational leadership and/or Christian education
• Experience in educational consulting or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience working with Christian schools or educational institutions
• Knowledge of best practices in Christian education and school management
• Passion for Christian education and a commitment to excellence
