Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curricula
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment for children
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute group activities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe facility
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress
- Support the implementation of the center's policies and procedures
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation (for bus drivers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment tools
Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
