About the role

At Child Development Schools and its local affiliate companies, we’re inviting passionate educators and leaders to join a dynamic movement redefining early childhood education. As part of a tight-knit community empowering children and families across 11 states, we provide top-notch developmental education for ages six weeks to twelve years. We’re seeking individuals to help drive a cultural transformation within our schools and approach to Early Childhood Education, tackling challenges facing families and educators while fostering innovation, integrity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities as a childcare bus driver.
• Serve as a teacher, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Assist in guiding young learners and planning engaging activities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
